Google reportedly working with vision benefits provider for Glass launch

The general thinking is that Google is getting ready to launch Google Glass next year. The second version of the hardware is going out to "Explorers" soon, which will bring support for prescription frames. And, while the rumors about Google working with Warby Parker have long faded, a new report from The Wall Street Journal says that Google is working with a vision benefits provider about the Glass launch...

I'm an Optometrist and can attest that when I log onto VSP's website they have an article about google glass on their main provider page. I can't wait to see how this is incorporated into eyewear and how it will enhance my current practice.

Weird. This is the first time that I've seen color versions of Google Glass. And is Google doing something like Apple did with the model selection in their iPad ads.
