Google is sending out Daydream View promo codes to early Pixel adopters

Early Pixel adopters are now reporting that Google has started emailing promo codes for the Daydream View to those who have pre-ordered one of the new Android flagships back in October. The emails contain said code and a “Redeem” button at the bottom, which takes you to the Google Store. To claim your free headset, you must log in, add it to your cart, and check out. If the promo code from the email is not automatically applied when you check out, simply copy and paste it in the correct field.

Don't forget, the promo codes are valid until Dec. 31 this year, so you'd better claim your headset in time. If you still don't see an email from Google, check the “Updates” tab in your Gmail or wait a few more days, you should be getting one soon.

If you haven't pre-ordered a Pixel phone, but you want to get a Daydream View anyway, the headset is available for purchase on the Google Store and from select retailers for $79.
