Sadly most people don't or don't you use it. Personally I love G+ and have been trolling it especially hard to get an elusive Ingress invite.

it is on the play store bro. I downloaded it about 30mins ago. Just type in snapseed and scroll down a bit and there it is...I must say this app might just be a little better than pixlr

If its not in the play store its because your device is not compatible with snapseed. A little more info from phonearena and other tech sites should note this.
