Google Wallet gets update, still doesn't work on HTC EVO 4G LTE

Despite reports last week that Google had restored Google Wallet functionality to the HTC EVO 4G LTE, Sprint's flagship model, it seems that this wallet is shut tighter on the device than Jack Benny's wallet was when the noted miser was alive...

The fact that Google also tried to update NFC security issues to the GS III negates the conspiracy bull crap. Seems like you had nothing to write about so you engaged conspiracy jargon. GS III customers for Sprint reported NFC not working and they got an software update that seems to have it working according to some people on XDA. Seems like some people that had it working now after getting the update report it not working also......
Let's see I was given permission to initiate Google Wallet on Sprint , but because they may start their own card system I will teach them a lesson by blocking my own service.....where's the logic! Sounds like software issues to me

Can we stop the conspiracy theory crap already??? Software breaks...Google Wallet is software so it broke. Let them work on the problem.

Well considering that Google Wallet DID work at one point on the EVO LTE and hasn't worked for almost a month now, I seriously doubt Sprint has anything to do with it. Besides, Sprint's Touch service is not even available yet, why in the world would they want to do this to their customers. Like evoMike said, its a software glitch that will (hopefully) be fixed soon.
