Google Voice app for iOS expected to become a reality very soon?
Naturally, the best Google Voice experience on a mobile scale can be found simply by checking out the app offered on Android, but from the sound of it, the iPhone might soon offer a Google created version of it.

According to TechCrunch's “source close to Google,” it appears that things are at a full go as Apple has approved the official Google Voice app for iOS. Most likely considered to be a near complete product, the same source reports that it's “on its way to the iPhone in the next few weeks.” Furthermore, “Google just needs to revamp the application to work with the iPhone 4 and iOS’s multitasking capabilities.”

Definitely considered as good news for all of those Google Voice users trotting an iPhone in their pocket, it should most likely prove to be an ideal app – especially when you consider the number of third party offerings available. Moreover, there are probably going to be some enhancements found with the official version that will easily make it stand head above the water.

Perhaps I can get rid of my voicecentral app. Hopefully it will have contact syncing.

You know you can set up your gmail as an exchange server and that will do the contact syncing...
