Google Store drops Michael Kors' Access Bradshaw smartwatch
Back in December, we told you that fashion designer Michael Kors' Access Bradshaw smartwatch had been listed in the Google Store. Today, we are sorry to tell you that the timepiece can no longer be found at the Google Store. The watch was priced at $350 and up, and featured a 1.4-inch AMOLED display with a 360 x 326 resolution. The dial wasn't totally circular, favoring the "flat tire" look popularized by the Moto 360 smartwatch.

The rest of the specs for the Access Bradshaw watch include 512MB of RAM and 4GB of native storage. A 400mAh battery keeps the miniature hamster wheel spinning inside the device, which supports Wi-Fi connectivity. The watch is still available from Michael Kors' own website, priced at the same $350. Powered by Android Wear, the Access Bradshaw includes voice-activated Google Search, a 44.5mm case and protection from water to as deep as 1 Atmosphere (33.9 feet).

If you head over to the Google Store right now, you won't find the Access Bradshaw but you will find LG's two new smartwatch models both powered by Android Wear 2.0. The LG Watch Style starts at $249 while the LG Watch Sport costs $349 and up. The latter features cellular connectivity, allowing you to make calls or use apps even if your phone is back home. Both of LG's intelligent watches come with Google Assistant.

While Google didn't give a reason for the departure of the Access Bradshaw from the store, the decision could have been based on lagging sales of the device which seemed to be more about fashion than function. The problem is that when a smartwatch is purchased from an online store like the Google Store, buyers are more interested in function.
