Google's flourishing app store, Google Play, has just reached the 25 billion app downloads mark, and in order to celebrate the occasion, the company will be offering select titles for just $0.25 during the following days...

It says downloaded, updates are obviously not counted. Is it updating an app is the same downloading? Just asking...
