Not in Europe. This is frustrating! Who's gonna buy the 2012 version now, really?

Exynos 5 Octa was broken because it had a non functioning cache coherent bus. But I just read on Anandtech that it's been fixed on the new Exynos 5 Octa. This means tht battery life will be much better. I know it's unrelated but I am so exited!

The only thing Apple is still GREAT at, marketing, almost across world wide availability ( excluding some smaller markets) when new products arrive. No other company can beat that at this point of time.

Samsung. Not only did they release the S3 on all the big carriers in the world, they also released it on all the top 4 carriers in the US. Apple hadn't even touched that until a few months ago.

I suppose the cost involving the world wide release is just mind boggling if you haven't got the supplier chain. Even google can not justify the risk.

I bought the 2012 nexus 7 32gb version for 189$ (week ago), due to my current circumstances and the options I was limited to, it was the best tablet under 200$. (Australia still selling 32gb version for 269$, got myself a deal and 10$ discount from a friend who works there in a store). Is it a good buy?
