We didn't cut Google any slack last time around when we were directly affected, and we certainly can't cut any slack two weeks later, when the same problems hit the Google Play Store during the second round of Nexus 4 sales...

All, watch your credit card activity! I had so many retries and my cart emptied that my bank froze my cc. A reset allowed me to get one in my cart that stayed... so far! For a "leader" in online everything this experience was almost intolerable. But not for the prize of trying out this phone I might (read maybe) have bought an iPhone! Good luck to all!

I'm the biggest google fan out there and its definitely unacceptable. I watched a coworker try in vain for 45 min before giving up.
