Word of advice: you can't use google play credits to pay for it. It gives the error: "This payment method is not valid" which really stinks, I dislike using my credit card and would have preferred being able to pay for it using GP cards.

That's just because it's a monthly thing. It pretty much has to be through a credit card.

I wish they had Beatles. Why don't publishers allow Beatles? (The song rights owners not Google or spotify)

iTunes has the exclusive on the Beatles because Steve Jobs paid a ton of money to make sure that happened before he died.

I subscribed yesterday. It's amazing. Best service out there, by far.
Totally recommend this.

i'm really liking it so far. functionality is really good but it does feel a little cluttered sometimes. it may just have to do with the fact that i've had Play Music since it launched initially and i haven't used it much while it's been collecting songs from my library which also hasn't been messed with too much since i primarily use Spotify and trying to jump back in and get everything all updated and cleaned up is a bit of a chore. there is some performance issues but i'll be forgiving of that since the service is just in it's infancy. what it's gonna come down to for me is do i want to use this over Spotify because i'm not gonna keep two music streaming services. i find that Play Music has a little more of my kind of content than Spotify and it's functionality trumps Spotify but it's not as socially plugged as Spotify and i really like that about Spotify so i dunno, i'll just have to think on it some more.

A big flaw or bug is you can't delete music or lists from the app. A lot of people voicing this fustration on their reviews on Google Play.

Worth a try I guess, as a Spotify user is hard to believe there is a better music service, having full albums of just about every singer and the offline option is just priceless.

One thing I know Google has over Spotify is the integration of your own music and their music in one place, but if Google really wants this to spank the competition It has to make it available to other platforms (they already have IOS in mind for sure you know Google loves to kiss Apple's rear) and media players as well, not just Android and desktops, so Windows is out already, Apple? not sure they would approve an iTunes competitor.

yeah, after using both of the services there's still things i'm liking about Spotify over GPM and that's Spotify's social aspects, the simplicity and the fact that they have a real nice Windows client.
