Google Play Books update allows uploading books from your Android device

If you're an avid reader (and/or something of a pirate), one of the best features you can find is in Google Play Books, which gives you a digital cloud locker for your personal epub files. Just like a music locker, you can upload your own files and access them on any Google Play Books capable device. Unfortunately, until now there was no option to upload those files from a mobile device...

After reading the title i thought we could scan books ourselves from the mobile phone and upload them so every one can use them. :p my bad

Well........if you absolutely want to then you could convert your images into pdf and then upload them.

.I have updated Google Play Books to the December 10 release, but there is no option to upload anything anywhere; can someone point to where is this option, maybe I'm missing it, but again there are not so may menus to get lost there ... or maybe is available only in certain countries?

guess I'm back to the good old Moon Reader for now...

EDIT: my bad, it looks lile I'm still stuck to version 3.015, while the feature is on 3.1.17
