Google Nexus S is expected to see SMS bug fix "in the next few days"

For some owners of the Google Nexus S who are deeply plagued by a nasty SMS bug that would send messages to the wrong contacts, your worries will soon be over very shortly since a fix is on its way.
Samsung tweeted a welcoming message noting that an over-the-air update will be rolling out to Nexus S owners “in the next few days.” Now this isn't a bug found only with the Android 2.3 Gingerbread powered Google Nexus S, but the same thing has been experienced by other Android handset owners running earlier versions of the platform.
Sure it's nice to see Nexus S owners getting treated to a fix, but we'd imagine other owners would appreciate the same thing. Nevertheless, the update will only address the SMS bug and nothing else.

this update is from Google, not Samsung! I still don't trust Samsung... Only Nexus phones are the true future update proof!
