Only thing missing from Maps/Navigation is off-line function. Like for when there is no cellular signal.

It actually does do off-line. You just have to download that portion of the map (the bigger the area the bigger the file that needs to be downloaded) and load up the navigation before leaving cell service area (or before disconnection from Wi Fi). I know this because I've used it before on my Evo Shift and Epic Touch.

skymitch is right..google maps supports offline mode. It is good but not as good as Nokia Maps..in Nokia Maps you can download the maps of the whole country for offline use..

Agreed, Nokia Drive has best offline support.

The "dynamic rerouting experience" is already part of Navigation, ever since it first came out. I've used Navigation quite a few times and when it tells me to go one direction, and I know the area and know a better way, I ignore it and go the way I want. It gets annoying by trying to direct me back to the rout it was on, but eventually finds the rout I'm on and calms down.
