What Google needs to do is now come up with a GPS program that incorporates Google maps/Earth, StreetView, and voice turn by turn, with google browser embedded to add locations......and have that all linked to your google account.........pull map directions and sync it with your phone.....

I could see that happen on their android phones, but outside that probably not for awhile. The gps location they use on this is within 2600 meters so not good enough for turn-by-turn directions yet...yet.

The "GPS" they use for this is actually triangulating cell towers.
