Google's AdWords, used by Google to send out the word from advertisers to online users, will soon become a more targeted tool that will allow advertisers to use one ad campaign instead of multiple ones to reach different people in different locations using different device types with the appropriate information...

You're not making any sense. All this doesn't result in more ads, the idea is for better targeted ads.

And if you think that Microsoft isn't planning on monetizing the WP platform in the future through some form of advertising, you're in for an unpleasant surprise.
