Most of major review sites proved that sgs4 is better than HTC one. My letters aren't invisible, I'm sure every idiot can thump me down for that.

Reviews dont speak for every single person buying a smartphone now do they? Everyone has a personal preference. Ppl shouldnt count on reviews or sales figures alone, they should try out each phone they are considering buying in a store and pick the one they like best and that fits their needs best. Reviews are simply a persons opinion, and others may have a different opinion, which is why ppl should pick what they like the best not the one that a review says is best.

Better phone for some reasons and group of people.. htc one is also better for other group of people or other reasons.. the reviews are mixed which indcate that one is better and s4 is also better..

the samsung s4 is the leggiest phone you can find in the market now and and defective screen pink blue, over heating and the battery sucks and you can see anything in the sun, the internal memory is small and and use sd cards make more leggy because sd cards are slow. go enjoy your s4 because its the worst phone on the market i work in at&t store and i saw many returns of the s4 this week i can't count how many return's people all compelling of many problems from Samsung my manager was laughing is butt off.

Wtf does sales have to do with anything the average consumer is a dumb ass!
87. ecmedic4 (Posts: 325; Member since: 02 May 2013)
Doesnt mean its the better phone for everyone. Everybody has a personal preference, and shouldnt be bashed for it just because they dont like the same phone as you do. These fanboy wars are getting old. Who cares if a person buys a different phone than what you like, its their money to spend and their choice. Get over it. This post is for GALAXY - Storm

Not everyone shares the same opinion as you though. Everyone has a personal preference. The S4 might be better for YOU, but the HTC One might be better for someone else. Everyone should be able to choose which phone they want and like best, and not be bashed for it cause someone else has a diff opinion, its childish. Who cares if someone doesnt like the same phone as you, its their money, so therefore their choice.

Ans: its a showpiece phone made by a company named HTC (probably u never heard of it).

Make good products that meet customers' needs and expectations and you'll go up... it's simple.
67. rizevnarastek (Posts: 347; Member since: 06 Sep 2012)
I'd say dictating their needs and exceeding the expectations while giving back strong support and great service to your customers is a recipe for success.

This basically means that One is doing this all by itself..what other phone did HTC release this year?
This time last year there were the One x, One s, and a few cheap desire spin offs
56. Odeira (Posts: 242; Member since: 29 Jun 2012)
It's good that HTC is slowly rising again because of The One.
It would be better if HTC feeds us more TV ads for The One. I personally don't like the new Galaxy S4 ads. :/

I know,u know, everyone knows that you are a paid troll :)
89. ecmedic4 (Posts: 325; Member since: 02 May 2013)
Its not the best for everyone tho. Ppl do have PERSONAL preferences. Just because someone likes a different phone than you doesnt mean its a crap phone. These fanboy wars are getting very old and immature. Who cares if someone buys a phone that you dont like, its their money so therefore its their choice! Ppl should buy the phone they like and want, that best suits their preferences and not be bashed for it, that is childish my God. Both phones are great, but it doesnt make one the "BEST" because a consumer says so, as everyone has personal opinions, so get over it ppl.

This is optimistic bulls**t!. We are already in May with barely two months before q3. There is no way they are going to make their target considering where they are now. The 1st month and to a lesser extent the second, is when the strongest sales are made. That time has come and passed, sales will gradually decline from here on. You've got the S4 and iPhones still selling heavily and not to forget the Sony Z which hoovered up most of those consumers who were looking for something different.
Add to that the rumours of the upcoming samsung and sony devices. The HTC's time in the spot light has passed and you jokers need to accept that fact. Once the Sony honami with it's 20mp camera, 800 cpu, and dedicated walkman amplifier chip or the Butterfly 2 or new LG phone both with 800 cpus appear, the story of the One will come to an end finally.
The One will ultimately be another HTC tale of missed opportunity. Gambles in the choice of aluminium and camera type haven't paid off and they'll feel the commercial pain of that.
The smartphone market is a very saturated place and devices, especially droids have no more than a couple of months to make an impression. That window has passed for the one. Sales of that phone will decline steadily from here on as rumours of newer devices abound and once most of them are launched in q2 and q3, the One will hit the end of it's road.
Me personally, I don't see this phone even generating the same level of sales figures as even the Sony Z never mind S4 and iPhone

f@@k yaa..... HTc is way much better then S4. S4 stands nowhere near to this beauty ,. If htc cud advertise properly and make timely updates then seriously its a big contender. Samd@@g is for me will b a cheap chinese cmpany and not a gud korean company. Fake dumb advt by samd@@g again and people falling fr it. Htc better market urself well

I am just glad that HTC has stopped the bleeding. The 8X Windows Phone sold better then expected, and the ONE has taken off like the GS1 series did for Samsung 4 years ago. This may be the Android that launches HTC back into direct competition with Sammy.
Here is hoping Sony follows suit, and the Motorola finds the kind of success worldwide that it has on Verizon.

I don't see where all this talk of HTC one selling well is coming from. Maybe in America. Htc is essentially an American company now any way. Even in Taiwan, people buy more Samsung and Sony products.
The Americans have adopted HTC as their own. Look at all the biased reviews from the American tech sites.
Here in the UK and also in Europe, it's far behind the other two manufacturers in sales terms. I read an article on the guardian website which referenced a survey conducted by mobi.com looking at which new devices people hand in their hands. According to that survey, apart from Apple and Samsung, they said Sony Z was far ahead of the rest. The htc one was in last place behind even the Z10. Another financial site claimed htc has only managed to sell 700000 units of the one globally in March and April combined. Those are very pathetic figures when you consider that Sony sold 4.6 million Zs in 40 days.
I think it's just a sign of just how desperate HTC fanboys are that they just troll the internet, from YouTube to tech sites deluding themselves. Wake up and smell the coffee, no ones interested in the One. I keep trying to get people at work to check out the One and nobody cares. The choice for them is between the S4 and Z. The American techies have just adopted htc as their new iPhone putting out biased review after biased review. They think consumers are fools. To me, the S4 is a bigger upgrade from the s3 than the HTC One is from the one x.
At least you get a bigger Screen with higher resolution and a better camera. With the One, all you get is higher res display. Finish!
