I had that issue, but it only was for one of my gmail accounts (and I only have two synced to my phone) and it seems to work fine now, its only been a day and there hasn't been an update notification in Google Play yet

I don't think I'm having any problems with the Gmail app on my HTC Inspire 4G (stock). Seems to be working properly, and hopefully I won't encounter that problem...

I haven't had any problems with G-Mail on UK Evo Shift, but one of my friends has had problems with his. He can open the app but when he goes to open an e-mail the app closes then re-opens repeatedly until he hits the home button.

Sprint HTC EVO 3D seems to be fine, and I've used the app more than usual in the last several days.

No problem here; HTC Thunderbolt running 2.3.4 and Gmail App 2.3.5.2
