So, here are the rules:

3. LG and us are giving away two LG Quantum units for our U.S. users, and two LG Optimus 7 units for our European users.

The LG Quantum represents LG's Windows Phone 7 debut in the U.S. and manages to distinguish itself by being the only WP7 offering to sport a physical side-sliding QWERTY keyboard. Besides, the LG Quantum sports a number of other features that make it a typical all-around device, including a 3.5” 480x800 pixels touchscreen, 5MP camera with 720p video recording and DLNA functionality.

This is a valid question that needs to be answered: Why is this contest limited to US and European residents only? What is the reason behind this restriction?
How about residents from Asia, Africa, Australia, and South America who want to join the contest?
Is the site affected by recession and unable to ship the device to farther areas?

Hello everybody :)
I'm a proud samsung spica user but windows 7 sounds great! Especially the lg versions like quantum with a physical keyboard or optimus 7 with an enourmouss battery life :)
Smartphones only :) Hope to see more lg phones soon !!
