Give the gift that everyone remembers: an app from the App Store
Those guys in Cupertino think of everything. Today, for example, they have quietly added an option on the App Store to "Gift This App" which is a great way to give a useful app to the guy/gal who has everything. The cost is charged to your credit card and after you fill out info about the recipient, including the email address, your gift is sent on its way. Nothing says "I Love You" more than a fart app gifted directly to an iPhone.

Nope. I never heard about gifting apps either. I think this is pretty cool, considering how many people have iPhones now. I wonder how the system works though...like how do you make sure it gets to the right person?

If anyone gifts me a $2.99 app for any reason than a random act of kindness, Id be pissed.
