And when did they say that the Galaxy S update should be coming out? I feel sorry for those people who have them because of how sucky Samsung is being at updates. I got the Evo Shift and it already had 2.2 when I got it and the Epic didn't, and now the Evo Shift has 2.3 and the Epic probably won't get it until well after ICS is out and on some devices.

Thanks for the heads up! I've been checking my Tab all morning to see if the upgrade has automatically downloaded, but it hasn't come through yet. Doing a manual check now and keeping my fingers crossed.

This should hopefully be the last of Samsungs failure to update its original line of Galaxy devices. Now we just hope to expect its 2nd line of Galaxy devices will get proper updates and ON TIME.

I did the upgrade on my tablet and it reboots over and over. I went to all the Sprint repair centers in the local area and called samsung. No one could fix the issue. I had to mail my tablet to samsung for repair. I am now playing the waiting game!
