German carrier announces September availability of the next Apple iPhone

German carrier Mobilecom Debitel has put a message on its website heralding the September release of the Apple iPhone; the copy teases a bigger 4 inch screen, faster processor and 1GB of RAM and allows for email alerts to those who sign up for them...
