Capacitive is like the iphone not Restive were you need to push on it. Capacitive is were you just need to touch.

Basically, even so if you use the HTC Touch Pro2 you probably wont say you have to "push on it" even though its Resisitive, just touch it. Even so capacitive is better, more long lasting, supports full multitouch. But they arent as accurate, therefore using a stylus (a capacitive one) on a capacitive screen, will not be as accurate, as a regular stylus on a resisitive screen.
