Garmin-Asus announce the M20 touchphone
After announcing their partnership and showing off their first handset, the G60, Garmin-Asus has now introduced the second model in the nuvifone line, the M20. Unlike the G60, this handset runs on Windows Mobile 6.1 and is equipped with a 2.8 inch touchscreen, Wi-Fi, dual-band HSDPA up to 7.2Mbps, tri-band EDGE, "PC-Like web browsing" and Garmin's own satellite navigation system which will be a major focus of the device. There will be 4GB or 8GB of internal memory and a social application calle Ciao! The Garmin-Asus web page shows this device in yellow, red, blue and black. With pricing and availability expected to be revealed in the first half of this year, it looks like another interesting handset to keep an eye on in the battle for touchscreen supremacy.
