hopefully the fix the mobile network connectivity on the Sprint rom. i just went back to my stock ROM yesterday from my CM10 rom on my Sprint Galaxy s 3 because as everyone knows sprints 3g service is miserable, and yes i read the connectivity issues with CM 10 but i was getting 143 kbs down load on average. i ran about 19. after a few baseband flashes and a rom later i have 1.7 Mb download 1.9 upload.

I've been using the 4.2 gapps for a month now, hopefully this will fix all the current issues with them.
