Oh yeah, I don't know about you but I love it when some virtually unknown research company flip flops on a report due to more money on the table from an opposing factor. I don't like the report period. Had it been the other way around, I still wouldn't like it because it's crap. It's about "Allow me to whore out my research group's opinon for that dollar Apple/RIM." " many users now prefer getting this information on the iPhone with one of the reasons being the more intuitive Safari web browser as compared to the 'Berry's browser which makes using the internet a "chore"." Noone will be running their enterprise servers on Iphones I assure you. Please explain to me how the browser has ANYTHING to do with sending/receiving email, opening/editing work documents, or running company apps. It doesnt. That is the only specific example cited in the article. It seems like this was already a foregone conclusion before they even began. I joked about it before but this time im serious as can be. APPLE PAYS PHONEARENA FOR PUBLICITY. Phonearena's articles more and more read like an apple press release.

I would agree with you except you're missing a huge point here... This information is based off of ANOTHER companies research. If it is a sham it's a sham on behalf of the company reporting it, not phonearena for conveying it on their site... If phonearena had done the research obviously we wouldn't believe it, but that's not the case here.

Well, what you say is true that both phones are good (in general), but there are definite merits above the other in respective arenas. So there certainly are fair ways to compare the phones in terms of respective tasks, but it is simply too general and myopic to say that both companies are great (notice that it's not spelled "companys"), both make good phones and that they both have sh*tty things about them. Maybe the best comparison is to make the iphone available in a CDMA version, bring to Verizon and then we can compare the two??? Maybe??? wait... then you really wouldn't be comparing the phone, you'd just be comparing the companies... there I did it again, spelled companies correctly...

Answering Legion, None will be running their enterprise servers on BB either, so I'm not sure what your point is.... One thing is for sure, today's market, users are given access to mail via the web, and devices, now if you can combined both those items into one why not. The iPhone does that nicely, the missing piece is notification. Now via the Browser, not only can I provide email, but portal and company apps all tying together nicely, with the BB only email/calendaring and need custom development for apps. What does Phonearena have to do with what Forrester publishes. Phonearena is not endorsing the review, they simply published it.

You are honestly telling the people visiting this site that based on a lone research the Iphone is better for their business enterprise? Heavybreathing does have a good point. It's always the same ppl that say the Iphone suck and that Blackberry and VZW are the greatest things on the planet. Ppl need to be more open minded and except that VZW is the greatest phone carrier in the universe and that Blackberry is not the greatest phone manufacture in the universe. Honestly to tell you the truth all VZW and Blackberry Storm fanboys out there if it wasn't for the Iphone setting the standard's so high for how a great touch phone should be there probably wouldn't the BB storm out there right now and we probably wouldn't have that of great web broswers for other mobile phones like Opera that try to compete with Safari's browser.

Dont delude yourself, yes the storm would probably not have come out with the iphone granted, but saying it is solely responsible for either touchscreen or mobilebrowser advances is ludicrous.
