damn per the report att is down 5.6 percent while sprint is up 12.5 acsi also says that the drop with att is vastily due to customers that ported to them for the iphone unaware of there lack of coverage and data speeds.. poor att insert from report In the newest survey, AT&T saw its ratings drop by 5.6 percent from last year and the ACSI speculates that the drop may have been caused by the influx of new users who signed on with the carrier because of the iPhone. "Many of the new customers are different from the regular AT&T customer in that they seem to have more data-intensive needs," the ACSI says. "The problem is not the iPhones themselves, but rather that the influx of new users seems to have strained AT&T Mobility's network."

Yeah you know VZW has sucky customer service, the dealers try to swindle you and they really don't care if they mess up but in my area of the US they have the best service there coverages is matched by no one and they are cheaper than AT&T plus I get 20% off my bill because of some deal with my employer. I want that iphone but I'll keep on with Verizon till they get one. It only a matter of time I'm sure.

I've always been happy with verizon. When i look for a phone service that i can reply on i look at decent phones but overall i want superior coverage areas. Which Verizon provides. After all it is a phone, and its main purpose is to make and recieve phone calls. I also have an ipod touch which i love, and carry with me everywhere. I use that when i want to play games or use applications. I use an HTC touch pro and use the wifi from it to connect my ipod touch to the internet when im out and about, and i coulnt be happier with the results. I have service everywhere and my download speeds are more then fast enough for downloading applications and music. Like i said i love my ipod touch and use it all day every day, but i will never switch to att for the iphone. Verizon has way better customer service and of course there coverage is top notch in most areas. The way i look at it is, if i get in a car accident in the middle of nowhere and noones around, i rather have a working cell phone that has a signal then a do it all gadget with a million applications, that wont help me when i need to make a call the most.
