HSPA+ 42mbps is faster than most people's at home internet speeds. this and LTE is hitting on my 30mbps+ speeds.

nice video but the T-Mobile Galaxy S II is definitely NOT more powerful than the iPhone 4S.

if we're talking phone alone YES it is.

network is a different variable and has nothing to do with phone preformance by itself.

it does have a faster processor (processor architecture can prove this claim). It also has a bigger screen.

The only thing that the 4s has over the SII is higher def (640p versus 480p which can make a difference depending on customer).

Tmobiles network imo is awful (i sold them for years), but that has nothing to do with a phone by phone comparison.

The iphone 4s is actually already becoming outdated as Android has provided the technology it's trying to currently provide now. Get off the macintrash bandwagon

the 4S' A5 is much more powerful than the T-Mobile Galaxy S II's S3 bro.
the A5 is pretty much an Exynos with a PowerVR SGX543MP2 GPU instead of an ARM Mali which is significantly superior to everything else out there on the market right now. the fact that the S3 is clocked at 1.5GHz is actually a con for this SoC because even at that clock frequency it still doesn't compare to the stronger crop of SoCs and all that Voltage just kills the battery life of the phone and since you brought up processor architecture i'm going to have to correct you there too. the Qualcomm S3 variants uses an out of date ARM-Cortex A7 architecture and the A5 uses the latest ARM-Cortex A9 architecture.

Not really sure the SGS2 on T-Mobile is better,, but I can easily beat any iPhone with my SGS2 Skyrocket on ATT.. Averaging 26 to 30 mbps on an area that has not officially been announced to have those speeds yet,, is all I need and then some.. and yeah,, the vid was actually pretty cool.. My kids love it.. LOL

LTE speeds are indeed a little better than what T-Mobile can dish out with HSPA+ 42mbps however what you've also got to remember is AT&T's LTE network is fairly new and it's pipelines aren't congested with activity yet. Verizon's LTE network went through that phase but then more people got on board the LTE train and now you can expect to be in the high teens to the low twenties.
