this should be included with all galaxy nexus roms by default.

i did not notice any difference in my pictures what am i doung wrong

Once you load the picture you would like to work on and adjust the 'Fix Blur' slider, press and hold on the eye icon to toggle the effect on and off to see the difference. Perhaps you need to move the slider a little bit more.
