T2Expense is one of the best, elegant GUI & powerful features
- Excellence repeat transactions
- Tags supported
- Reports is great
- Loans managements supported

Mint is nice but so not customizable I like to couple it with something more personalizable, I tried a few of those and the best one to me is droid money.
It's a brand new app but it's the best one, really fast and easy to use!

I just downloaded 'Business Call Claim' from google play. It allows me to identify business calls, cost them and just emailed the claim to my boss. Flipping awesome. Definitely one of my favs.

Nice tools for android devices. But we are doing good with the cloud based expense reporting tool from Replicon and I personally love it.

I'll recommend Keepek android app. You can simply snap pictures of your receipts and the app extracts key information such as merchant name, transaction date, and amount. You can additionaly manage mileages and categorise your expenses.
You can also generate and submit pdf expense reports.
The app is free.
