Nokia just launched new touch screen functionality w/ symbian os. This phone touch screen is going to do everything the iphone does and more. Much, much, much more... I have researched this a lot and nokia will have a flawless model.

Nokia did not inovate anything here. This is a pressure sensitive device and does not supprot multi touch. Apple has promised to release the next iPhone with 3g and GPS, so I think the bigger question is what will Nokia do? By the time they release this device in 2009 the next iPhone will be out and this thing will look like an antique.

Well unless the i-phone has a keyboard I dont see it being a factor. Cause touch is good as a option but not as the main option.

Having used multiple devices with actual keyboards and the iPhone with it's virtual keyboard, I can say that it's a non issue. The virtual keyboard performs as well or better than the physical keyboard.

Iono.... as AWESOME as touch screen technology is, I still think that a REAL keyboard trumps it hands down. I love the keyboard on my Voyager and I use both the touch keyboard and the real one. But i still think a real keyboard can be better.
