I don't like black key pads. I prefer silver. Easier to see. Does that mean I'm getting OLD???

The U340 was like the cockroach-seemed like that phone survived forever; not even nuclear war would kill it off, I thought. If its days are numbered, well, its about time. This u350 seems like its about 2 years too late though, judging by its design language. This would have been appropriate to release as the watered down camera phone to go along with the u540. Samsung has moved on since then, with the u550 and u440 sharing the same design language. This phone can't really be anything worth looking at. The 300 series designation probably means it won't have GIN capability, so its a step worse than the u440. It'll have a full color outside screen, which means old people won't like it because they hate the outside screen turning off. It will probably have bluetooth, but honestly, anyone who would actually want bluetooth would opt for a nicer phone (lgvx5500 or sam u440 are still low end and pretty cheap, but they are better made). So come one Samsung, get real. Is there any point in releasing this phone? I'm not saying its going to be garbage, but does it serve a purpose in life? Its hard to believe the same company that makes the Omnia is now churning out more of this lame BOGO fodder. As much as I despise the u340, it does the job its made to do (the cheapest thing you can get for full retail or prepay, or "my phone broke and I'm eligible for upgrade but I refuse to pay for a new one".) So I guess my point is, why bother releasing something new if it isn't really anything new? Save your design and engineering resources and verizon's marketing money for something worth producing. In the meantime, leave us the cockroach u340 to fill the position of small, ugly, cheap, and low-tech.
