FCC approved a new Sony Ericsson model, unknown until this moment. It is the TM506, and seems to be headed to T-Mobile USA, with a logo of the carrier and support for its 3G band. It is similar to the Z780 both in design and functionality and also like it features aGPS, M2 memory card slot and Bluetooth. We guess that the phone will have a QVGA internal display and a smaller monochrome external one.

The TM506 isn’t typical for the manufacturer’s modeling scheme, so we may see it renamed when it gets officially announced.

So, what will a "3G" phone mean to T-Mobile? Faster what and better what quality? From what I've seen Verizon Wireless is the only true "3G' company compared to Sprint and AT&T.

That is something only a VZW Employee hating on the other carriers will say
