Interesting how price cuts are now being used (for the first time apparently) on the iPhone before the launch of the new model to move inventory. Before, Apple just throttled back production (remember the days when inventory ran out about 1 week before launch?).

I wonder if we will see BOGO offers immediately before launch day?

Well we will see Iphone 4s at $99 soon and the 4 for free. A free 3GS is one thing, a free 4 is another, given that the 3GS was an incremental upgrade from the 3G and the 4 was a big upgrade from the 3GS.
