ESPN Radio app gives BlackBerry users 24/7 sports radio
Sure, many BlackBerry users are the buttoned down pinstriped type that use their device for corporate reasons. But there are times when these business warriors become super sports fans. Instead of watching stock quotes or commodity prices, the screen on their BlackBerry reveals the latest sports scores and news. It's during those latter times that a new BlackBerry app will come in handy.

BlackBerry has announced that the ESPN Radio app is now available from App World. Available in the U.S. only for $2.99, you will be able to hear the national ESPN Network feed in English or Spanish, and many of the local ESPN stations across the U.S., all live. Any college football game on ESPN radio is yours for the listening, along with more than 35 podcasts of ESPN shows like PTI and Around The Horn.

Listen to some of your favorite ESPN talk shows like Mike and Mike, straight from your BlackBerry. For the latest scores, you can listen to SportsCenter OnDemand, updated every 20 minutes. And if you have something urgent to say, you can use your handset to text a message to the studio where the show your listening to is coming from.

The ESPN Radio app can be installed on any BlackBerry that supports App World, on any carrier. With this application downloaded on your phone, you will be able to go from Super Businessman to Super SportsFan with the click of a button.
