ESPN Mobile TV lands on Sprint TV
Sports enthusiasts can now get their fix of ESPN on their Sprint TV capable handsets as a deal was announced recently. With 24 hours of sports coverage, ESPN Mobile TV will offer a good amount of quality sports programming for anyone who wants to be kept up-to-date in the world of sports. There's going to be plenty to look forward to as the ESPN channel will broadcast over 800 live events for the entire year for Sprint TV capable handsets that include the HTC Hero, Samsung Moment, Samsung Instinct, Palm Pre, and BlackBerry Curve. Some things to look forward to on ESPN Mobile TV will be the 250 hours of coverage on 23 men's NCAA basketball games, 9 NBA playoff games, and 10 regular-season MLB match ups. Customers that are on an Everything Plan, which starts at $69.99 per month, won't need to pay additional costs to access ESPN Mobile TV as it's already included in the plan. No doubt this will supplement Sprint TV's existing lineup of quality programming for users who prefer to watch television on the run and outside of their living rooms.

Very True, why limit yourself to one sport??? This makes so much more sense. I know the NFL is a big deal. OH ya lets not forget, VERIZON charges for everything. So is this going to cost Verizon customers $5 bucks or $10 bucks a month??? Hmmm I wonder. GREAT JOB Sprint!!! www.cellphonewars.blogspot.com

lol football is the biggest sport in this country and more people and fantasy owners nationwide are into football then any other sport. not to mention, sprints network sucks...for the majority, vzw has been lacking access to the nfl for quite some time.. I for one know people who would pay whatever they can to get it on vzw and be able to access scores highlights and manage fantasy with ease on their phone. Espn is great, but while im checking more nfl coverage, you can keep up with the pba tour with ease! congrats Chris

Well ..they just need to find a way to put out those towers. If that Walmart thing is true, that could work

All you VZW fanboys are hilarious. Your forgetting that Major companies like Comcast, Google, Timewarner invested 3.2 billion dollars in clear/sprint's 4g network. I Doubt those companies would invest that kind of money in a failure. You have never tryed the 4g and are speculating on something you know nothing about. Show me a verizon LTE map.

The funny thing is that VZW puts over 7.5 billion every yr into their network and ATT, Sprint and T-Mobile don't even put that much all together into their networks every year up until 2 yrs ago. So while ATT, VZW, and TM are going to LTE in the US and Vodephone in the EU. Apple has commented to go to LTE with their new products ie Ipad, iphone next yr and they have been testing a GSM, CDMA, and LTE chip set for next years new phone's Sprints CEO is currently looking into LTE as we write these post He even said out to the press that he would consider switching to LTE if it made sense 3.2 Billion is not a lot of money for these companies to invest in. Those same companies have gave money for LTE aswell. know you fact's Sprint is not the end all I was a mgr at a corp. sprint store 3 yrs ago and they can not even keep there own cust base SO sprint lovers keep your mouth shut until you can have a positive quarter over quarter growth in customers.
