With that they will also increasing the price of your 'contract'.
Over, my 1.5 year contract my rental charges have been increased 2 times in the name of inflation. EE's network is very awful as well !

I hope EE's customer service improves soon. Had hell on trying to get some accurate information from them and everyone I spoke to at EE gave confused answers at best. The common response was that they are all new to EE's systems, though the network has been up for months. I expect better for my £41 a month.
My advice to prospective EE customers is to wait for competitor 4G networks to come on stream...
