Dummy units of the R2-D2 version of the DROID 2 begin to arrive in stores

As you can tell, the rear of the phone is fashioned in similar style to the everyone's lovable R2-D2 unit. There also appears to be a silver metallic looking bezel outlining the handset – which does add to its premium construction.
Even though this will be seen as a potential option for possible owners, we all have to keep in mind about the slightly refreshed version of the Motorola DROID 2 that's expected to come some time soon as well – decisions, decisions.

I used to take the guts out my real phone and put them in dummies. I went from the gray LG env to the green and orange. I even did once for a cracked screen. I was thinking about trying it for my beat up Droid 1 and selling it mint.

kinda cool looking.. except for that faggy gay ass "star wars" crap on it. the geeks and nerds will have a field day in a circle jerk with each other as soon as they have this phone. add an extra piece of tape to the nose bridge of those thick glasses.
