It'll probably come in a few different flavors... verizon, At&t, etc. Dell isn't stuck to a stupid exclusivity contract and they offer more than a few 3G options for their netbooks.

I live north of Midtown Atl, and I get steady 3G on at&t. To tell you the truth, I've never had any real data issues w/ at&t, but keep in mind I'm hanging out in the south east. at&t is pretty good in the south east. Plus I've been w/ them for almost 6yrs, they're my peoples, ha..
