Dual-core phones expected to make up 15% of smartphones in 2011, rising to 45% in 2015

Even though dual-core flavored smartphones have yet to launch, they are expected to be so popular once released, that they will make up 15% of the smartphone population by the end of this year, rising to as high as 45% by 2015...

I won't put so much faith in Samsung. With all the delay it has been showing to update their Android OSes, many of their current customers (including me) will think twice before buying another Samsung device. There's already some talk on Android 2.4 while many of the owners of Galaxy S series are still stuck to 2.1, this is ridiculous. They still stand a chance, though, depending on how superior will be their hardware and how low will be their prices.
