Drive on Moscow: War in the Snow, a WWII turn-based strategy game, is now a universal iOS app
The iPad strategy game, Drive on Moscow: War in the Snow, is now compatible with all iOS devices thanks to a recent update. Version 2.0 of the WWII game also comes with enhanced AI and several new features.

Drive on Moscow is a turn-based strategy, in which players have to either side with the Allies or the forces of the Axis. Should you choose to play as the former, you will have to defend Moscow from the oncoming Nazi aggressors. If you opt to play as the Axis, you'd have to capture the soviet capital at all costs. The game depicts one of the largest World War Two battles ever fought.

Drive on Moscow: War in the Snow is not one of those mobile titles that offer instant action. On the contrary, it's a pretty serious turn-based strategy game, which requires you to invest lots of time in it and carefully plan and execute your actions.

The turn-based gameplay consist of moving your troops from province to province, improving the infrastructure of the provinces you own, building new units, and, of course, fighting the enemy. Players can control numerous units, such as infantry, tanks, artillery, fighter planes, etc. It is said that the AI of the game is quite challenging even for those who consider themselves veterans of the genre. One of the more interesting features of Drive on Moscow: War in the Snow are the ever-changing weather conditions, which greatly affect the gameplay.

The game supports multiplayer and the newly-introduced global leaderboards allow you to compare your stats with gamers from all over the world.
