Dish pulls back from Softbank-Sprint deal as the DOJ asks the FCC for a delay

When Dish threw in a bid to purchase Clearwite, topping the bid made by Sprint, it became important for Dish to block Softbasnk's purchase of 70% of the nation's third largest carrier because Softbank was basically putting the cash in Sprint's pocket that would allow it to buy Clearwire; but now, Dish is backing away from challening the Softbank-Sprint deal even as the DOJ continues its review...

This is why Sprint cant upgrade their company. Due to stupid people blocking things and making false bids. Useless Dish. GTFO of the way.
