Nokia's former camera guru Damian Dinning has sent out a tweet in advance of next week's event being held by the Finnish handset manufacturer; Dinning's comment that "next week is sounding very exciting," comes after Verizon's exclusive Nokia Lumia 928 was introduced on Friday. The focus of that device is obviously on its camera...

Hope they release something related to the OS too. The other day, I was trying to decide on a phone in the mid range and had fixed upon the Xperia SP, until i picked up and tried out the Lumia 820 which was placed next to it. It was absolutely gorgeous! I couldn't choose it because of some bad/stupid experiences i had with some of the features of the WP7.5, and how MS abandoned us early adopters. In the end, i couldn't choose any other phone after using the 820 and 720 and at the same time, couldn't force myself to choose MS's OS. Finally, I walked out of the store, without getting any phone :-(

I hope it's phase 3, a combination of 808's 41MP and 920's OIS.
Too bad it's going to be on Windows Phone and not Android.

This douche is the reason my Lumia 920 didn't come with xenon flash in the first place

I hope that Nokia will finally give regional carriers their smart phones, and that if they do make one. They opt to give US Cellular the rumored lumia 625 with LTE 'cause USCC really needs it.

Nokia is dead. No matter how hard they try to keep their hardware top-notch, their biggest flaw is their exclusivity to keep at using Windows Phone software only, which is dragging Nokia and its Lumia line-up down to offering mediocre and forgetful user experience, compared to the vastly superior Android and iOS.

Ios is rotten and musty, android is ok but still inefficient and unpolished for certain aspects (mainly that it needs to be run on a JVM)

+1 for box....
but I think Nokia should atleast develop their own open source os....

Nokia is doing good with Windows phone, it sells even more phones than some android manufactures (HTC, motorolla) (nokia sold 5.6 phones last quarter), and if we count Asha's as smartphones, Nokia may be the third smartphone manufacture after apple and samsung.
Stop this "nokia go android"! only samsung makes money from android, most others loss money or sell little numbers of phones. Android is not the right way for Nokia.

Nokia Lumia EOS on Android 5 PLEASE. 5 inches 1920 x 1080p screen with Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 CPU. Release it around November 2013. There's still time, Nokia. Please listen to your shareholders and your die-hard fans so they'll love you and buy your device again.

last time , android isnt the key to success or the future
will you stop crying for something that wont be happening for the fore-see able future.
how about you try a different os or stick with android and choose from the selection there. nokia is producing wp8 devices deal with it
