I think anyone can juz buy the app and the tuner from shop that sell it... Coz it does not uses data connection.

Looks like its going to be garbage. I can see it now needing to plug some big adapter in your phone only to have no tv signal everywhere you go. Nothing thats pics up atenna tv works now why will it on a cell. Just get slingbox. And if your worried bout data use wifi.
