Despite $800,000 settlement with the FCC, Path appears not to have learned its lesson

On Friday, social networking app Path was fined $800,000 by the FTC for various violations such as allowing children under 13 to sign up for the site, and for downmloading users address books onto its server with out approval from the account holder; Path didn't seem to learn its lesson as the site has now been accused of geotagging pictures without user's content...
