Dell Venue Pro Hands-on

Initially taking hold of the device, we're blinded by its beautiful and articulated industrial design that quite easily stands tall amongst other existing handsets out there. Granted that it feels a bit overwhelming...

@Vander09 I do not think it is faster than the other WP7 phones because the other devices has 1GHZ processor as well the Dell Venue, so I think there are about the same speed. Doesn't Windows 7 phones require 1GHz processors?

though theyb have the same processing powers, that is not the only factor that determines speed of device. The release manufacture ROM type and how much memory it holds seems to make a diference as well. for example, though the htc surround and samsung focus have the same processin powers, the samsung focus seems to 1 up the os in terms of smoothness and speed by a noticable amount and yea i know thats hard to believe. if you caompare the two you'll notice that the samsung focus has twice the proccessing power of the htc surround.

Well, Dell Venue Pro has 1GB ROM and that is by far the largest I've seen in any existing WP7. I guess it comes to no surprise that it is faster than any HTC WP7 handset.

Gorgeous phone. I just hope they still aren't having those hardware issues. It's a shame that it's T-Mobile only as I would almost instantly go for it on AT&T.
