The 7" slate is now on sale at Newegg for $249.99, and that's for the 32GB version. A pretty good deal no matter how you slice it, considering that Amazon is having the 32-gigger for $332 and change...

I bought Evo View from that site over the holiday and got an unit couldn't even turn on. The website wouldn't exchange the unit for another one... all I got was a refund... good luck if you are buying from that website.
