Deal alert: 32 GB HTC EVO View 4G slate for $249.99 new

It's not a dual-core endeavor, but the HTC EVO View 4G has other merits like the built-in stylus pen for some screen doodling and is certainly a pretty decent Android tablet.
The 7" slate is now on sale at Newegg for $249.99, and that's for the 32GB version. A great deal no matter how you slice it, considering that Amazon is having the 32-gigger for $332 and change.
The Newegg deal is from a third party reseller, though, so we'd wait to read the reviews of those who ventured to order it first and say in the comments it is now in transit.
Otherwise, you can get the 16GB HTC Flyer refurbished at Buy.com for $229.99, which is also nothing to sniff at for a brand name tablet, be it a single core Gingrerbread one, but you only get a 90-day warranty.

I bought Evo View from that site over the holiday and got an unit couldn't even turn on. The website wouldn't exchange the unit for another one... all I got was a refund... good luck if you are buying from that website.
