Dead Zebra's Series 04 of Android figurines now on sale
When the T-Mobile G1 launched all those years ago, who could have imagined that Android would become such a household name. Now, the 4th series of collectable Android figurines are available from Dead Zebra. These fly off the virtual shelves fast, so if you're going to purchase these for a holiday gift, we'd suggest not delaying. If you're not exactly ready to make your purchase today, the figures will show up at your local hobby store eventually.

This year's lineup includes 14 new Android figures including a gold-plated one. Orders placed on Friday will ship a few days afterward. Individual blind boxes will cost you $8.50 and cases of 16 cost $132. Households are limited to two orders of the 16 figurine case. The Dead Zebra website is getting re-stocked at 11pm, so if you missed out on something you wanted this morning, you can try again this evening.

If the person you're shopping for (even if it is for yourself) isn't into figurines, perhaps socks are a more appealing gift. There are two styles available at $8.50 a pair.

If I saw these at the dollar shop, I'd pass on by.

And you'd be missing a golden opportunity at making a big profit, these go for insane amounts on Ebay once the series is closed.
