The other day, we
reported about Best Buy offering a pre-sell on the new Android flavored Motorola DEVOUR with the purchase of a Best Buy gift card of $50 or higher. The problem was that we weren't told the entire cost of the phone-that is, until now. An ad mailed out by Best Buy shows that the price of the DEVOUR will be $149.99 with a 2 year contract. The Family Plan price is the same while the handset is $549.99 without a contract. Of course, Best Buy is known for pricing phones on a net basis meaning that any rebate you would have been waiting weeks for if purchased from Verizon, is accounted for immediately on the Best Buy price tag. Besides the ad, a case for the DEVOUR has also appeared at the retailer. So if you're smitten with the first Motorola model on Verizon to feature MOTOBLUR, you might find your best buy at...ahem...Best Buy.
