Czech this out: Nokia Lumia 900 shows up on website with a price
Obchod S Mobily doesn't offer a launch date, but it does give us a price. The price listed is 14,995CZK which translates into a rather pricy $766.66USD. But remember, this is a high-end model. On the other hand, the price could be a placeholder and without confirmation from Nokia, we will have to wait and see how deep into your wallet you will have to dig for this model. It should also be pointed out that some of the specs on the listing are incorrect and since the Nokia Lumia 800 shows up elsewhere on the same site, the discrepancy can't be shrugged off as a case of Lumia misidentification.
One last note, There has been speculation that other variants of the Nokia Lumia 900 other than the one that AT&T is rumored to have a 45 day exclusive on, would be well endowed with a 12MP camera. The listing on the Czech site shows an 8MP shooter. Of course, that doesn't mean that another version of the Nokia Lumia 900 won't be produced with a 12MP camera.

Unlock Windows Phone costing over $700 is really worth?

Nokia's pricing is ridiculously high. They really need to cost their costs to bring more affordable phones to bring back their previous customers.

The price seems about right. Lumia 800s are going for around $500-700 on ebay and such, and the 900 is even nicer spec-wise. Heck, even the N8 and E7 are in the $400+ range. It's good price wise too as most unlocked phones are in that range, and these have nicer quality, better features, as well as that legendary Nokia excellence

I would never buy a full price phone. Let alone a Nokia. 200-300 is enough At some point you gotta think should I spend 800 dollars on this. I would just sign a contract and get a galaxy s2 then pay the early termination fee before I spend that on a Lumia 900.

Nokia will sell smart phones at a Cheaper price than this one If Nokia had added a front facing camera to their Nokia 710 and sell it at 380$ retail they would sell out fast. because the sub 400$ smart phone market is the sweet spot in America. Nokia must
get out models of their windows smart phones with front facing cameras in this price range because of skipe which is coming to Windows smart phones
